1. From Storrs, take CT 275 (South Eagleville Rd.) 4.2 miles to Coventry
2. After crossing CT 31 (Main Street) in Coventry, go about 0.3 miles to
the first entrance to Patriots Park
3. Turn right at the first park entrance past the cemetery.
Narragansett Boat Club; Providence, R.I. (Map)
From North, South, or West:
1. Take 95 (either North or South) towards Providence
2. Get on Route 195 East
3. Take Exit 3 - Gano Street
4. At the bottom of exit ramp, take right off of exit
5. Follow Gano for about 1/2 mile to first light at Pitman Street
6. Turn right on Pitman Street
7. Pittman turns into River Drive at the Seekonk River
8. Proceed straight through a traffic circle
9. Narragansett Boat Club is on the right in about 1/4 mile

The best place to view the races is Roger Sherman Baldwin Park. You may
also follow the race on the footpath adjacent to Steamboat Road, on the
other side of the channel in front of the Greenwich Capitol Building and
the Delmar Hotel.
Coming from North of Greenwich:
Take I-95
Exit 3
Left off ramp onto Arch Street under I-95 Bridge
Go through one traffic light
Parking lot on immediate left (no fee)
Cross the street to Roger Sherman Baldwin Park (towards the water)
Secondary spectator area is on Steamboat Road in front of the
Greenwich Capitol Building
and the Delmar Hotel (on the other side of the channel).
Coming from North of Greenwich:
Take I-95
Exit 3

Lake Waramaug; New Preston, CT

1. Take 84 west to exit 39 onto Route 4 west.
2. After passing through Farmington and Unionville, turn left to follow 4 through Burlington and Harwinton.
3. Go straight to merge with Route 118 west. Follow 118 to Litchfield.
4. In Litchfield, go straight to merge with Route 202 west. Follow 202 to New Preston.
5. In New Preston, take a right onto Route 45 just after passing under the traffic light.
6. After about 1.5 miles, turn left onto North Shore Road. Follow this road around the lake to the state park.
Lake Quinsigamond; Worcester, MA

1. Take 84 east to 90 east (Massachusetts turnpike).
2. Merge with 290 east in the direction of Worcester.
3. Take exit 21 and turn right onto Plantation Street.
4. Turn left at the first light onto North Road.
5. Turn right at the intersection with Lake Avenue. The park entrance is one hundred yards down on the left.
Connecticut River; Middletown, CT
1. Take 84 west to 91 south.
2. Take left exit 22 south and merge with Route 9 south.
3. Take exit 14 and turn left off the ramp.
4. At the first traffic light, turn left.
5. Bear left passing under the Route 9 bridge. The boathouse and marina are on the right.
Connecticut River; Glastonbury, CT
1. Take 84 west to left exit 55 to Route 2 east.
2. Follow 2 to left exit 7. Take the right fork off the ramp onto 17 south.
3. Follow 17 through two stop lights and one blinking yellow to South Glastonbury.
4. Turn right at next stop light onto Water Street.
5. Turn left over the bridge onto Tryon Street.
6. The Seaboard Marina is approximately 2 miles down on the right. The boat rack and dock are on the north end.
Lake Patagansett; East Lyme, CT
1. Take 32 south to 395 south.
2. Take exit 75 and go straight through the first intersection onto Route 1.
3. The lake entrance is approximately 1 mile down on your right. Look for the Lake Patagansett sign.
Bantam Lake; Litchfield, CT
1. Take 84 west to exit 39 onto Route 4 west.
2. After passing through Farmington and Unionville, turn left to follow 4 through Burlington and Harwinton.
3. Go straight to merge with Route 118 west. Follow 118 to Litchfield.
4. In Litchfield, go straight to merge with Route 202 west. Follow 202 to Bantam.
5. In Bantam, turn left onto Route 209 south.
6. After 1 mile, turn left onto North Shore Road.
7. After another mile, turn right onto a dirt driveway that leads to the boathouse.
Housatonic River; Shelton, CT
1. Take 84 west to 91 south.
2. Take exit 17 to merge with Route 15 south.
3. Cross the Sikorsky Bridge, then take exit 53 and turn right off the ramp to merge with Route 110.
4. The entrance to the Enterprise Yacht Sales Marina is 1.7 miles down on the right. The boathouse is at the other end of parking lot.
Rogers Lake, Old Lyme, CT (Google

1. Take Interstate 395 south until it ends at Interstate 95.
2. Take Interstate 95 south.
3. Take exit 70 (Old Lyme) and turn right on Boston Post Rd (Route 1).
4. Go about 2 miles. You will see Laysville Hardware, Coffee's Market and Gas
station on the right. Just after that go into the first open gate to the lake
and the boathouse.
Lake Quanipaug, CT
1. Take 84 west to 91 south then take left hand exit onto 9 (Cromwell Middletown).
2. Get off on exit 13, Take exit to end Take a left onto Route 17 / South Main Street Follow through Durham
3. At the junction with Route 77 turn left.
4. Follow Route 77 towards N. Guilford. The Choate boathouse is on the left.
Indian Well State Park, Shelton,

1. Take 84 west to 91 south.
2. Take 91 south to exit 17 and merge onto Route 15 (Wilbur Cross Parkway)
south.
3. Take Route 15 south 21.8 miles to exit 58.
4. At exit 58 take Route 34 west to Derby (3.7 miles).
5. Turn left at Bridge Street.
6. After 0.2 miles go right on Route 110.
7. Follow Route 110 for 3 miles and turn right on E. Village Road.
8. Follow E. Village Road for 1 mile and turn right at Village Drive.
9. Follow Village Drive for 1 mile and turn left at Tahmore Place. The park
entrance is 500 feet down the road.

To the spectator area (Heritage Park, just north of the Norwalk Maritime
Aquarium):
1. Take 91 south to 95 south.
2. Take exit 15, stay right, and follow the signs for South Norwalk.
3. Turn left at the stoplight onto West Avenue.
4. At the fifth stoplight, bear left onto North Main Street.
5. Turn left at the first stoplight. This is Heritage Park.
To the Boathouse (team only):
1. Take 91 south to 95 south.
2. At exit 16 in Norwalk, turn left on East Avenue.
3. After 0.5 mile, turn right on Van Zant St.
4. After 0.4 mile, turn left on CT-136 (Fort Point St.).
5. After 0.1 mile, turn right on Goldstein Place. |
